" what motive me?" 21.

What motives me 21?
Being recognized that my input is worth it, or my work is worth it. When I do something I do not expect someone to motives me or recognized what I do, I do it because I want to do it, and I make sure I do it with all my passion. But when done something excellent I do sometimes need someone who is going to tell me that, you see now you did a great job keep it up for the good work, or maybe give me some award that shows my talent or my best job, that motives me a lot and it makes me to work hard than ever.
Work motivation comes from many sources. We can motivate ourselves to work harder and smarter. We can motivate others by our actions. But we all know, if you do not enjoy the job you are doing, then finding the motivation to do our jobs can be a problem. But that is not the only issue to consider when facing the problem of getting ourselves motivated at work. When you need motivation at work, read Motivate Me at Work for inspiration, suggestions and action ideas on how to get more out of your working day.
At home what motive me a lot, when I clean up my home, do the household peferfetly, I need someone who can recognized that I do something, maybe say oh my baby the house is so clean, something like that but you as a person you need to be motivated when doing a good work so that you can do better than you do.
Even if you do not perform well you need someone who is going to motivates you that, tells you that you a train on certain things because you not performing well.
Motivation come ways, whether you a good work or you underperforming.

"10. most unexpected consequences of being online" 20

1. People who invite you, but you don’t know them: some strangers that invite you, which is you never known them from anywhere which to me it disgusting.

5. A person who writes on your wall something is personal: maybe you want to tell someone that you love him or her; you cannot tell someone online that you want a date on him or her; you do it in the box.

"The elephant in the room" 19.

“The elephant in the room 19”
Elephant in the room that’s so scary I will run like nobody’s business, I m very scared when it comes to wild animals especial elephant, what the elephant do in the house.
The elephant suppose to be in the zoo not in the house, which is there, is something wrong or bad that is going too happened or I don’t know. In African culture the animal is not suppose to be in the house, which means there, is something that wrong is going too happened. The meaning of the elephant in the room it was not about the origin of elephant but the author was being ironic, if you remember the term in African when there, is no food at home, we usually says (ikati ilele eziko) which there is no food at home. Same applies here it meant the same thing.

According to the author the message or idea was not the in the elephant, is just that the author was being ironically. Sometimes there is things that happened at your own home hood that you don’t want to be discussed or you in denial to speak out, so that is why the author would say “elephant in the room” he doesn’t want to say exactly what is going on, maybe he want to protect certain things, or maybe if he put it as it is he will ruined things.
That is why he rather says “ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM”

"Every day is a good day" 18.

Every day is a good day 18.
The above statement is not true in my opinion. Every day is got its up and down, you will never guarantee that your day will end up good or bad. You can go to work feel good and happy and looking forward to end your day with a smile. When you get at work here it come your supervisor give you a hard time with no reason, and your day is spoilt.
I don’t understand someone who says his or her day is always good, no ways not on this earth. We just need to focus on what we did well and forget about the people who ruined your day, and believe you will good for the day, or just take it as the work politics, otherwise will go crazy. Nebraska Zen says: “A couple of years ago, it snowed in Omaha on April 29th. I had wanted to work in the garden that day and when I looked out the window, my heart sank.
Later, I walked downstairs and mentioned that it was snowing to Albert, one of our groups. "Yes," he responded, "there's something quite beautiful about these late spring snowstorms."
Indeed there is, if you can approach them with an open mind; if you approach them with complaint because there'll be no gardening, they can be a real pain.
Lama Govinda writes that, "All suffering arises from attitude. The world is neither good nor bad. It is solely our relationship to it which makes it either one or the other." Snow on April 29th, or any weather condition on any other day, for that matter, is neither good nor bad. Good and bad is a question of mental attitude.
Moment-by-moment, we create the world in the mind. We can look out and create a gloomy, depressing world on any day by the condition of mind we bring to it. A depressed mind can make a bright, sunshiny day black and dreary, and a contented mind can create heaven out of rain and storm.”

“Every day is a good day”

"our greatest strenght are our greatest weakness" 17

Nondumiso Mateyisi    Our greatest strengths are our greatest weakness
Our strength is our weakness, if you good on doing something and I mean you doing very good, it is sometimes become your weakness. If you excel in school and you do your work perfect there is something that you will be weak at.
Strength follows your weakness. Every time when you go to an interview there will be always this question that says tells us about your strength and weakness, which sometimes it is very difficult to know yourself. Your weakness can be easily be changed to an strength, for example at work if you have lack of listening skill, that weakness it can be easily changed to an strength by being good at doing work perfectly.
I excel at paper work but I do not take notes, I just do the work which is my strength but to another person is a weakness.
How do you find out what your strengths are, so that you can use and develop them? There are several ways, the best one will depend on your personality. If you are reflective and perceptive, you might want to try self-reflection. If you think you’ll find this difficult, you could take a questionnaire. These questionnaires are not the delicate little tests you find in popular magazines; they are empirically validated measurements based on a great deal of research.

Weakness can automatically be your strength, and your strength is your weakness.

" try a cliche" 16 nondumiso Mateyisi

“Try a cliché” 16
A cliché it is a sentence that has a popular words, it is the way that a writer want to express his or her feeling, and sometimes writers do used clichés to differentiate his or her style.
The writer that used cliché is when using the difficult words or brave words or sometimes when quoting to another writer.
Some they say that if a writer is using cliché he or she want people to not understand the content of the story easily. It is all about playing with words, if you write a blog or story using the cliché you definitely know your story. They even want to subvert them.

Cliché is best way to write a story, it makes the story to be readable and attract the people or viewers to read more your blog.

"feelings follow behavior" 15. nondumiso Mateyisi

“Feelings follow behaviour” 15.
Feelings and behaviour they go hand in hand, your feelings can tell your behaviour or the way you feel about something it can shows about your feeling.
If you do not like certain thing or maybe you do not like a person by reading in your feelings or approach you can easily say that you don’t like that person just by looking at your behaviour.

According to mbti blogs in terms of questionnaire he says he do questionnaire to see how many respond that he can get about following the behaviour. It simple means it depends on what you do or what your behaviour is; in order the people can follow you. Your behaviour can make you a good person or bad person it depends on what type of behaviour are you using. Then the feelings can says is all.
Feelings can also shows how you feel about someone maybe someone you loved or you hate, you can express it about showing your behaviour.
