If you are asking the question of how to heal my broken heart, then you have probably just ended a relationship with someone you loved very much. Interestingly, many people feel that when someone has a broken heart that they were the person that was dumped. However, many men and women alike realize that they aren’t in a healthy relationship, even if they love a person, and realize that it is best that they end things. This doesn’t mean that they don’t suffer from a broken heart, only that they realized that they need to make a change for a better future.
When you say: “heal my broken heart,” you aren’t necessarily trying to find a way to get back together with the person that you love. If that is the case, then you need to make some changes in your life to heal your own heart. You can do this without finding a new love, in fact you should move on without seeking out a new relationship because you aren’t over the old one yet.
One method of moving on and taking the heal my broken heart issue into your own hands is to start doing things that you used to do before you were in a relationship. Usually when someone starts dating someone or even gets married, they develop a couple’s pattern. They go to the same places and do the same things together. Get back into a previous routine so that you can establish your own thing that still feels familiar and comfortable for you.
Another thing that you can do is to eliminate everything that you have that used to belong to your ex. Some people recommend throwing everything away, but you should consider the stuff to a friend you trust, you never know when you will feel good enough to keep some pictures where you look fabulous or something like that. If you do give the stuff to a friend, tell them that they aren’t allowed to give it back to you or allow you to see the items until they are sure that you are no longer asking how to heal my broken heart but asking instead why it was broken in the first place.

I met this guy 11 years now, we have a child together, the child is 4 years old, when we started dating everything was good and happy, like all relationship, I was doing standard nine that time. We share everything, ideas we laugh together we do jokes, everything was just fine. After 10 years we dating, he told me that he has a child to another woman, but the broke with that woman, and they have dating for four years not me knowing anything. But I do forgive him and I gave him another chance, because he was apologising and he showed me that he did a mistake and he want things between me and him to be good again, okay I gave him another chance, because I still love him.

I asked him, and then are you still see your mother (the other woman) of your child, like are you still together, he said yes he can’t just live him like that, he want sometime to live her, then he promise by next year (2011) things will change I must support him and be by his side. Okay I give him another chance because I still love him.

This year’s (2011) things become so worse he has another woman again, when I ask him then what are trying to do now, because you said you want to change things this years and then what is this, he said no this person is not like I love him, it’s just happen anyway is going to end soon. In October he said by next year he want to get married, so I must gih a chance to sort things with this two girl friend of him, then again I gave him a chance but things went worse, up until I had enough and I told him,  its enough now you played with my feelings a lot you did not appreciate my love for you, so I quit.

It was very sad and unbelievable, why can’t you see that a person is not your good for at least in a year or two, instead of keeping her for 11 years, and you marry someone else, it hurts but God will answer one day

Laughing is the most wonderful and important thing that everyone needs to do. If you stressed about something once you laugh it all go away. Laughing is the cure, is the good medicine that you can used. It encourages you to keep on going even if someone ask you are you okay, you just laugh and say yes, whereas you know deep down you are hurt, but when you laugh at it, it all go.

The stories of our life bad or good are what make us today. We tend to focus on our background or to the past and forget that we only live once in this earth. Why we mourning for something that will not change instead on focus on what future holds for us.

Let it go before it hurts you so much, if something you know it will not change why you keep on torturing  yourself about it, whatever your background was so bad, it does not mean that will not achieve something’s in life, you need to positive and focus on your future.

All of us have endured events and losses about which we had no choice. These include the families into which we were born, the way we were treated as children, the deaths and divorces of those close to us. It is not hard to make a case that we have been adversely affected by events and people outside our control. The idea that we have to sit and talk about the problems we face and the things we have tried that have failed imply a slow and unwieldy process that has at its core an uncomfortable assumption: We are responsible for most of what happens to us."

If we learn to be patient in life and trust our mighty God, everything will be just fine. The mighty knows why you suffer, He knows everything about you. When you need Him is there to assist you, all the time He is there for us, we need to put our heart in Him and we will see His Grace.

The God we trusted on is there one that dies for us, and He sacrifices a lot for us. We need to adore Him and prays Him every day of our life, He is Alfa and Omega, and He changes the impossible to be possible. Just need us to believe on Him and not let the devil to control us. Without Him we are nothing, we breathe in the name of Him, lets worship his name and the mighty will just grant us with His spirit.

The above statement is true, when we think about the things that alter our lives in a moment, nearly all of them are bad: phone calls in the night, accidents, loss of jobs or loved ones, conversations with doctors bearing awful news. In fact, apart from a last-second touchdown, unexpected inheritance, winning the lottery, or a visitation from God, it is hard to imagine sudden good news. Virtually all the happiness-producing processes in our lives take time, usually a long time: learning new things, changing old behaviors, building satisfying relationships, raising children. This is why patience and determination are among life’s primary virtues.
Good things take time to happen, but when is something bad happen it happen quickly, is like a gossip it travel fast to reach everybody. If there is something important happen or somebody is dead it going to take time. But if someone did something terrible it travel fast.

The space is too big for everyone to dance, it is not to let to show people what you have, abilities, intelligent and energetic you are. In 2012 I will be finishing my degree and the space is not ending there, I will be having my own company which I’m busy doing research about it.

The space is too big to fulfil my dreams, now I see where I am going. The future is bright now no one will stop me its only the stars now will stop me, other than that watch me!!

I have inspired by the story of: Jared Odell, a student from CPUT. That’s the space I’m talking about, just give yourself a time do things differently and you will see the space becoming so big.

Jared says he has always loved the idea of bespoke goods, from furniture right down to one-of-a-kind suits and cars.

He decided to share this love for bespoke items through custom design services to interior designers and the public.

The Fulbright collection was sparked by the concept of being able to pick your favorite colours, which are then incorporated into the furniture with powder-coated metal. “I’ve tried to keep the designs as simple as possible. I didn’t want to hide how the pieces are put together, so I’ve used stainless steel fasteners and they add to the feel of the designs,” Jared says.

VISI spoke to Jared to find out more about his work and his inspiration.

Where and what did you study?  
I studied Industrial Design at CPUT. I first did the three-year diploma then traveled around the world for a bit to figure out what I wanted to do with my life. The following year, 2008, I came back and did my BTech in Industrial Design.

From where do you draw inspiration?I think, for this range, I’ve drawn my inspiration from the actual materials I’m using, especially the sheet metal. I love the concept of folding something weak and two-dimensional into something strong and three-dimensional. By putting a fold in the metal in the right place you can add an incredible amount of strength to a component, so I’ve just been playing around with these possibilities, aesthetically and functionally.

The last lecture I will view as a lecture that is about to put down the tools, or he or she wants to give other professor a chance to their thing. When the lectures want to resign or take a package they become worried about what it is going to happened to their student, is the work going to be the same or what. The last lecture is very important to just live a sign that you were there and you do your job properly, now the next person is going to do the rest.

But the lecture he gave - "Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams" - wasn't about dying. It was about the importance of overcoming obstacles, of enabling the dreams of others, of seizing every moment (because "time is all you have...and you may find one day that you have less than you think"). It was a summation of everything Randy had come to believe. It was about living.

What I’m going to do this year, what I am going too archived. I have a lot in my mind; I grew up wanted to be successfully woman in the world. I see the gap between the race that black and coloured people are not enough in the charted accountant, so I was so willing to close that gap, but unfortunate I didn’t make it.

But now watch this space, in this new course that I’m doing now, it exiting, and it for the young minded talented youth. I’m so driven and passionate on what I’m doing now. Imagine the media phase; I will be always in connected in people social life, networking and so on.

Where I come from it gives me that courage to go further with my career and so driven and motivated by the people that I seen now.

So I say shush, and watch this space, the big girl is coming.

My favourite cat in the hat books is Dr Seuss books because:

The children love Dr sues book Generations of children have cut their reading teeth on the simple rhymes and elaborate illustrations of Dr.Seuss books. The endearing characters of these books live on in our memories. The rhyme schemes also live on, adapted for every imaginable purpose, including parody, movies and even a Broadway show entitled "Seussical the Musical."

My own Seuss immersion started with the classic the cat in the book who can forget the wreckage wrought by this mischievous feline and his cohorts in crime, Thing 1 and Thing 2? Later, there was the cat in the hat comes back, but, like so many movie sequels of today, it failed to reach the heights of hilarity of the original.

That is what the cat in the hat story is all about, in the mind of children’s. Poor Dick and Sally. It's cold and wet and they're stuck in the house with nothing to do . . . until a giant cat in a hat shows up, transforming the dull day into a madcap adventure and almost wrecking the place in the process! Written by Dr. Seuss in 1957 in response to the concern that "pallid primers [with] abnormally courteous, unnaturally clean boys’ and girls' were leading to growing illiteracy among children, The Cat in the Hat (the first Random House Beginner Book) changed the way our children learn how to read. It shows how kids can relate to books and the way the technology is moving fast. The children of today are so very clever.

why i have conversation?

Conversation is a vital form of communication, that need one to understand each other, without conversation we nothing. It’s a two communication or a group of people. Through conversation you can learn so many things, right or wrong but the main purpose is to choose the right one.

Conversation is very vital, in sense that if you believe something is not right, you can feel free to rise up your voice and speak about it. When you have fought us someone or you don’t like his or her attitude the conversation is there to solve the problem. If you angry with someone you need to conversant with that person, by doing so it makes you feel free.

  Being around confident people makes you feel good, for example having a confident boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife, or a friend makes you feel better and amazing so what you need to do every day is remind yourself of how amazing and beautiful you are, and how good you are at talking with others, this is the key to everything.

But nowadays, we free we can chase as many rabbits as we want, we are single parents, who are working, studying and involved in community issues. Anything now is possible we are career woman's who are passionate about life.

there is many rabbits all over the place that are running, they just need your skill to get them. all in all is that opportunities are opened it just need you, with your intelligent and walla you get the rabbits you want.

That will be great imagine being famous for fifteen minutes, i will love that. It means the technology will be changing for the best. But i do agree with the author but not agree, imagine everybody being famous, it will not interesting.

As long as we are here on earth, disappointment and temptations will come. As a child of God, you need to put on God’s armour so you can be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. Follow His manual, the Bible, which gives us direction and instruction on how to live.
Imagine you are driving down a road. Along the way there are signs that provide direction and warn you.
If you pay attention to these signs and follow their instructions, you will safely reach your destination.
People don’t enjoy life today because they have put their trust on earthly things or their loved ones.

 If you want to enjoy life to the fullest, just put your trust in God and lean not on your understanding (Psalm 37:5-7).  The Word of God states clearly that we should offer our lives and bodies as good sacrifices to Him (Romans 12:1). Today there are many disappointments because people have put their trust in others who latently hurt them. When people can walk away from you let them.  Your destiny is never tied to anybody.

Oh no!! I grew up wanted to be an Accountant, (CA) because it was one of those CA where not that much, but only whites and one India especially here in South Africa, but as time goes i know what i am passinate about, where my calling is, which in marketing, so i did my marketing and i have got my dilploma, and I wanted to add more spice on it by adding a PR, because somewhere somehow they something in common.

As i grow now I wanted to travell the world a lot, to see the difference countries and thier cultures, values and nomrs. I just want to travell, travell until i reached my finally destination.

It is all about how you want to live your life, you can live your ife by pleasing people or want to fake somebody else, and become one of Beyonce of South Africa of which it won't work. the focus is live your life not somebody esle life.

I think I live my life doing into AD treating orthers, i would l;ike done into me. I happen to think that i live my life according to God's will and society. I understand what is to have morals and intergrity and live by them and also not forgeting respect, which my number priority.

I fully understand that life can be cruel and unfair and when you least need it to be. if i want something that i nedd to work had to get. have i mastered that art of the second head fake? Not long shot, but the beauty of life is that there is no final destinatin, rather the constant opportunty to improve on myself to be kind of person i want to be!!!!!!!

to follow the instruction to me is not that bad, but sometimes its hard. some instruction are not clear or easy to understand and it makes to be hard to follow. if someone is giving instruction he or she need to be very specific on what is expected to a learner or someone who is given an instruction.

even at work if your boss or manger gives you certain task to follow, sometimes its not easy for you to understand what the boss or manger wants, maybe the instruction is confusing or is too long, and it makes it to be not interesting to follow.

The main important thing is to set clear your instruction so that anybody else who is going to read, is going to be clear to him or her.

If you can look at what Mandela came from it was not easy fighting for the world, but he never give up because of his skills he managed to take the country from Z-A now we all proud of Mandela because his skills, he knows how to used his skills to do healthier decision. I don’t understand why we discriminate each other; we suppose to support each other, why we getting jealous with one another. When we at tech we are one family we must treat each other there way you want to be treated. We are here to get our degrees so that at the end of the day we can receive a professional job.

We worked hard for nothing, if you given a task to be a leader in your group it does not mean you have to chose those who love the most or you know better, for the fact we are in the same group it simple means we together. You given a task to rank your group members accordingly to their work performance but you gave them the marks that they will end up getting failed because of the wrong reason, you don’t know them.

How do you feel as a leader you receiving the high marks, and your fellow group members getting less, we are all here want to pass and get our degrees not being discriminated by our fellow class mate. The fact that we did not do PR as diploma does not mean we stupid, it’s just that we have a profession in other department, I felt so disenchanted all along people they arbitrator you according of who you are, where you coming from.

My mother she is the very special person to me, every time I think about her my heart hurt. She raised me and my siblings alone while my father was busy with other woman not that I do not love my father, but he was not around when we need his assistance. My mother was not working, but she managed to take us to school all of us.

My father was there, but he could not do anything for us, he was enjoying good life with other people, not that I’m complaining it’s just the fact.  My brother today is married he has two beautiful daughter, and my sister is working now, and my mum last born she is doing grade 11 now. Look at me now I have a diploma in Marketing and I’m busy with my degree in PR.

My mother, I thank God for everything you did for us, without God nothing same applies to you (mother) nothing. You must always know that we love you, and we looking forward to assist you whenever you need something.

When I do something I do not expect someone to motives me or recognized what I do, I do it because I want to do it, and I make sure I do it with all my passion. But when done something excellent I do sometimes need someone who is going to tell me that, you see now you did a great job keep it up for the good work, or maybe give me some award that shows my talent or my best job, that motives me a lot and it makes me to work hard than ever.

At home what motive me a lot, when I clean up my home, do the household peferfetly, I need someone who can recognized that I do something, maybe say oh my baby the house is so clean, something like that but you as a person you need to be motivated when doing a good work so that you can do better than you do.

1. People who invite you, but you don’t know them: some strangers that invite you, which is you never known them from anywhere which to me it disgusting.

2. Someone who asks you to be your girl or boyfriend online: online someone ask you this stupid question I mean in your wall not even in your inbox.

3. Someone who chat with you, with sexual topic but he or she don’t know you: it sound so disrespectful to me to chat with me with the sexual things in turn me off, and you do it in front of everyone that is online.

4. Someone who invites you and all of sudden ignores your comment.: you invite a person on one of those social media and when he or she comment on your status you don’t respond, but you the one that invite me.

5. A person who writes on your wall something is personal: maybe you want to tell someone that you love him or her; you cannot tell someone online that you want a date on him or her; you do it in the box.

6. Stalker: a person who always follows you, but you told him or her you do not want to chat with him or her.

7. Irritating status: a person always telling you that she is in love with this guy, and goes on and on about how this guy love her, which is boring online.

8. Contactable:  always online not even the single day that who offline, I know when I looked at contacts there is always this person that is online every day.

9.  Always have something to say: you always have something to say even if not important or interesting just you want to be online.

10. Faking that you sick: I’m online forgetting that I say to my boss I’m sick so I’m not coming. Then I log in writing something that the party was awesome and my boss was online then he saw my status, I was not expecting that.
