A skill is something that you born with it. If you have skill you can be able to be a great leader through your skill. For example DR. Mandela he was not born as leader but through to his skills and intelligent he is a leader today an excellent one. 

If you can look at what Mandela came from it was not easy fighting for the world, but he never give up because of his skills he managed to take the country from Z-A now we all proud of Mandela because his skills, he knows how to used his skills to do healthier decision. The skill is something that you born with it not just learn it, then if you have a skill you can become an excellent leader like Mandela, he is so creative, thinker, intelligent and enthusiastic. He is everything through his skill.
