If i was boss
If I was a boss, To be a boss does not mean you have to rule by power, or being a really boss which to boss others. A boss is the boss by his or her work, a boss is a person whom everyone can be able to speak and share your problems with.
A boss is a person who can be able to see through your eyes that there is a problem. A boss is someone who you can trust and share your bad and good news. A boss is pillow for those who have no pillow to lean it.
A good or respected boss, is the one who not always ware musk in his or her face. but remember a boss must be respected, in order to be respected you have to earn it.The environment were you worked at it must be full of peace and laughter.
your fellow colleagues must always want to go to work because of the welcoming that they get at work.
Being a boss does not mean you have to boss your workers around. that is the boss I would like to be one day, everyone must be able to come and speak to me whenever they have a problem
Being a boss requires skills.
