Work politics
The politics it will never end, it will be always favoritism all the time. Our superior they are not treating us as the same. I do not see the reason of that because we all the employees why you have to side other one than the other.
In my work place there is signing shit whereby you have to sign when you to your meal break and tea break, if you did not do that you are going to get a warning, but when look at it some they do sign some they do not do, if they find you not doing it they punished, if you not the friend with them so have to be a friend of your superior in order to treated fairly.
I see as unfair and it will not change if we do not raise our voice and speak.
there is a lack of management skills. they need to be trained well to become the best managers.
ReplyDeletePeople are forgetting that were are all working for a salary irrespective of what tittle or position you have. we are not at work to be liked by management.
ReplyDeleteThat treatment that you are talking about drives me crazy as well, management sometimes we are there to be loved by them.
